  1. My Services

I provide video production and content creation services, which may include:

  • Event videography and coverage.

  • Video advertisements and promotional content.

  • Business and brand videos.

  • Video content for coaches, speakers, and educators.

  • Other video production services agreed upon for a specific project.

The precise services, deliverables, and requirements will be agreed upon before a project begins.

  1. Enquiries and Quotations

Submitting an enquiry through my website does not automatically confirm a booking.

I may provide a quotation outlining the proposed services, price, deliverables, and relevant conditions.

A booking is confirmed when the quotation or agreement has been accepted and any agreed booking requirements have been met.

If project requirements change, the original quotation may need to be revised.

  1. Pricing and Payments

Prices, deposits, payment schedules, and applicable charges will be communicated before a booking is confirmed.

You agree to pay the amounts due according to the agreed payment terms.

Additional charges may apply to work outside the original scope, including extra filming time, additional deliverables, additional revisions, or travel expenses where applicable. I will discuss additional charges with you before proceeding wherever reasonably practicable.

Where payment is overdue, I may pause work or delay delivery in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact me in writing as soon as possible.

Any deposit, cancellation fee, rescheduling charge, or refund conditions will be set out in the relevant quotation or booking agreement.

If I need to cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond my reasonable control, I will communicate with you and discuss reasonable alternatives.

Nothing in these terms removes any refund or cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about your project.

  • Supplying necessary materials, branding, scripts, and references on time.

  • Arranging any required permissions for filming at your chosen location.

  • Obtaining any necessary permissions from identifiable individuals where this is your responsibility.

  • Ensuring that materials you supply can lawfully be used for the project.

  • Reviewing deliverables and providing feedback within agreed timeframes.

Delays in providing information, access, or approvals may affect the project schedule.

  1. Event Coverage and Filming

I will make reasonable efforts to capture the footage agreed upon for your project.

However, I cannot guarantee that every moment, person, reaction, or activity will be captured, particularly when events occur simultaneously, access is restricted, or circumstances are outside my control.

If an event requires coverage in multiple locations at the same time, additional filming professionals may be necessary. Any additional costs will be discussed before being incurred wherever reasonably practicable.

  1. Editing, Revisions, and Delivery

The agreed quotation or project brief determines the deliverables, file formats, editing requirements, and number of included revisions.

Requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Delivery timelines depend on the agreed schedule and the timely provision of information, materials, and feedback.

  1. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I retain ownership of my original production materials, including raw footage, editing project files, and other underlying production assets, subject to applicable third-party rights.

Your rights to use the final edited deliverables will be determined by the quotation, contract, or written agreement for your project.

Payment for a finished video does not automatically transfer copyright ownership or grant unrestricted rights to raw footage or underlying production materials.

Music, stock footage, fonts, and other third-party assets may be subject to separate licence conditions.

  1. Portfolio and Promotional Use

I may wish to showcase selected completed projects on my website or in my portfolio.

I will respect applicable confidentiality commitments, permissions, privacy rights, and data protection requirements when using client work for promotional purposes.

If you require your project to remain confidential or do not wish it to be used for promotional purposes, please discuss this with me before the project begins so that the arrangement can be agreed in writing.

  1. Acceptable Website Use

When using my website, you must not:

  • Use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.

  • Interfere with the website's operation or security.

  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.
